The Eastern Shenandoah was created by the European Union and the peacekeepers they sent to the ruins of Washington, D.C. It is named after the eastern part of the Shenandoah Valley in western Virginia and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.

The Eastern Shenandoah consists of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jeresy, Delaware, the Eastern Panhandle in West Virginia, and most of Maryland and Virginia. It borders the Ohio Valley to the west, New York to the north, and the Carolinas to the south.

The Eastern Shenandoah is located on the Eastern Seaboard. The European Union sends ships to the Eastern Shenandoah to give new weapons, new soldiers, and new fighter jets.
